CASTING
CASTING CAD/CAM MODELS
Please be aware that some of the CAD/CAM models do not follow the laws of metallurgical physics. These technical design flaws can sometimes cause spruing and casting issues such as: breakages, porosity, non-fills, and other casting defects - therefore we are unable to guarantee successful castings of these models.
CASTING RESINS
We DO NOT cast resins. The recommended burnout schedule for resin models differs from our standard one and takes longer to process and due to many factors, such as: incorrect curing of the resin, bad chemical reactions, different burnout requirements etc. we fill we can not get the best quality casting when casting resins, so have diceided to stop casting resins. To ensure the highest quality of castings we strongly advise you to use CAD/CAM wax models rather than resin.
ADDING/CHANGING SPRUE
To ensure the best quality of casting our specialists have the final decision as to where to sprue the design (unless specifically requested otherwise). The position of the sprue will differ, depending on which metal the design is being cast in.
RECYCLED ALLOYS
Thanks to our high standard equipment and machinery we are able to provide precious metals castings of the highest quality. Our silver and gold alloys are 100% recycled.

WHAT TYPES OF MOULDS DO YOU MAKE?
We offer two types of moulding; hot rubber moulds and cold-cure moulds.
WHAT IS A COLD CURE MOULD?
It is a liquid silicon rubber mould that vulcanises at room temperature so does not require any additional heat or pressure to cure.

OUR SERVICES
We offer precious metal casting from CAD/CAM models, injection waxes, hand-carved waxes, masters and moulds.
Please note that at the moment we DO NOT offer any type of finishing services e.g., de-spruing, polishing, stone setting or electro-plating. If you require those services we can recommend the relevant people for you to use.
MINIMUM CHARGE
Please note that the minimum charge for orders regardless of quantity is now £20.00 + VAT
COLLECTION
You can collect your goods from our London office. Please note that goods not collected within 2 weeks of the orders completion date will be scrapped and any future orders you place with us will require a deposit.
POST
Not only can you send your orders to us, we can post goods back to you. Our postal service is £12.95 + VAT. Your castings are insured against loss or damage. Please specify on your order form if you want to collect your order or if you want us to post it to you. For postal orders, an email will be sent to you once your order is complete with instructions for payment.
